The County Land Use/Open Space Planning Tools for Colorado (Prototype) are being developed to aid county-level planners (public and private) with natural resource issues and local planning. It is a new feature of the Natural Diversity Information System Web Site (NDIS), and is designed to augment the System for Conservation Planning part of NDIS. The goal of the project is to provide "one-stop-shopping" for land use planning and potential regulatory natural resource issues on the county-level in Colorado.
